🇺🇸 Class Policy

Each student is responsible for:

  • Downloading and understanding how to use Zoom before the English lesson starts.
  • Making sure they are using an internet connection that is capable of running Zoom during the lesson.
  • Attending class on a laptop or desktop computer. (Phones are not adequate)
  • Using headphones and a microphone that reduces background noise and provides a clear voice.
  • Muting their microphone if there is disturbing background noise.
  • Understanding, navigating, and using a Google Classroom. (Please ask if you need help)
  • Studying class material and doing assigned homework.
  • Respecting all class participants.

Każdy uczeń jest odpowiedzialny za:

  • Pobranie i zrozumienie, jak korzystać z Zoom przed rozpoczęciem lekcji angielskiego.
  • Upewnienie się, że korzysta z połączenia internetowego, które jest w stanie obsługiwać Zoom podczas lekcji.
  • Uczestnictwo w zajęciach na laptopie lub komputerze stacjonarnym. (Telefony nie są wystarczające)
  • Korzystanie ze słuchawek i mikrofonu, które redukują hałas w tle i zapewniają wyraźny dźwięk.
  • Wyciszenie mikrofonu, jeśli w tle występują zakłócające dźwięki.
  •  Zrozumienie, poruszanie się po i korzystanie z Google Classroom. (Proszę pytać, jeśli potrzebujesz pomocy)
  • Studiowanie materiałów lekcyjnych i wykonywanie zadań domowych.
  • Szacunek wobec wszystkich uczestników zajęć.

Payment Policy

  • English lessons are billed monthly for the whole month at the beginning of the month.
  • Payments are due by the 10th of every month.
  • Payments not received on time can lead to being prohibited from entering the class, or removal of student from class. 

Zasady Płatności

  • Lekcje angielskiego są rozliczane miesięcznie za cały miesiąc na początku miesiąca.
  • Płatności należy dokonać do 10. dnia każdego miesiąca.
  • Brak płatności w terminie może skutkować zakazem uczestnictwa w zajęciach lub usunięciem ucznia z zajęć.

Cancellation Policy for Group Lessons

For All Students (New & Recurring)

  • A maximum of 2 makeup lessons are permitted per month. 
  • All lessons must be cancelled 24-hours in advance to receive a makeup lesson credit.
  • Makeup lessons must be taken within 60 days.
  • Cancelling more than 2 lessons per month, failure to cancel with 24-hour notice, or failure to schedule a makeup lesson within the 60-day limit results in a loss of credit.
